Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange - Our exchange services are available for all orders that are of equal value or higher, so feel free to take advantage of them! Just so you know, you can only exchange items once within 2 days of receiving them.

We're committed to helping you have a stress-free exchange process! Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll review them and immediately we will issue credits in your Gossipladyz Wallet with their value. We cannot refund Cash on Delivery handling charges if any, but don't worry, your credits can be used to place new purchases!

Note - Please note that items in the lingerie category cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or quality control-related issue. In such cases, we will gladly exchange the item for you. However, we regret to inform you that size exchanges or other types of exchanges will not be possible for lingerie products.

Returns - We want you to be happy with your purchase, but unfortunately, we can't accept returns for refunds. Don't worry though, we offer exchanges for items that are the same value or higher. Just keep in mind that accessories, including masks, scrunches, and panties, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation - You may examine the items and the total in your shopping basket before placing your order. No cancellations or modifications are possible after your order has been submitted.

At Gossipladyz, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, please note that the brand is authorized to cancel an order at any time.

While we make every effort to fulfill all orders promptly, there might be situations beyond our control that could lead to order cancellations. These situations may include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, quality concerns, pricing errors, or potential fraudulent activities.

In the event that an order needs to be canceled, we will communicate the reason for the cancellation and, if applicable, offer alternative solutions or process a refund promptly.

Claims - Any claims are only acceptable with an unboxing video.
